Raincheck on Sunlight Laundry Detergent question

So I went to my local Walmart in Surrey, BC, and they didnt have the 80 load sunlight laundry detergent available that was supposed to be on sale for 8.47 I believe.

I got them to give me a raincheck, does that guarantee me to have a product evenutally? or is there a way where they cant get the product.

I promised my grandmother I would get it for her lol thanks!

Well, if the product was promotional or a limited-time offer type thing and they still gave you a raincheck, I'd expect them to honor it and give you the equivalent number of washes for that price, or offer a substitution of some kind at the same price.

If it's a regular-stock product, that means that whenever it's back in stock you can use that raincheck to pick it up for that price.
