Strange thing at Payless. A supervisor and an employee were the only people working. Wanted to buy a pair of clogs and there was a new one on top shelf. Asked the employee if I could have the new one. Asked me if I was going to buy it. I said yes. Size 8 demo that I tried and new size 8 on top shelf. DD was taking her time looking at shoes. Then I saw a new size 7 1/2 on top shelf but no demo. Asked manager if I could get the 7 1/2 instead. Got it for me and didn't ask me if I was going to buy it. DD found what she was looking for but in different sizes and different colour. Saw a new one on top shelf, asked employee if we could get that one and employee asked me if we were going to buy it. Huh? What's her problem? I sorta question her and she mumbled under her breath that they don't bring down a new pair unless you are going to buy it. So so strange. I like a new pair of shoes, not a pair that other people have put their naked feet in it, IYKWIM.

I posted that on my receipt that I got $5 off next purchase of 22.99. Not sure if every receipt will have it, so maybe you could buy something cheap like nylons or socks, get your 10% discount and see what you get on your receipt. Then you could use your $5 off on a pair of shoes.
