Headset, ear and mic for phone?

Does anyone know if they make a headset with ear phones and a mic you can hook up somehow to a regular cordless phone? My hands are too numb to hold a phone long so I avoid it like a plague lol. If so where do I go to find one? Thanks

Yup, I use one all the time! Your cordless phone has to have a headset port. I bought my headset at Staples for $25 or so (not on sale, gasp), but you could probably find one at any major store like Walmart or Future Shop / Best Buy. Here's the one I have:

I like the over-the-head type, but they have ones that hook on your ear too. Or you can get fancy with a cordless headset, but they get expensive.

Be careful not to buy one for a computer - I bought one once that the salesperson "helped" me pick out, and when I got home it had two jacks, one for the earphone and one for the mic. The ones for phones have only one jack.

Oh neat, Thank you so much!! Do I have to carry my phone with me or is there a little device thingy so I can just walk around with the headset on? I'm not a tech person as you can tell lol.

My phone handset has a belt clip - the headset I have plugs into the handset, and I clip the belt clip to my clothes... I think the wireless ones will let you plug into the handset and then walk around without the phone - but the ones I've seen are pretty expensive, so I haven't researched it much.
