You ladies are obsessed with the size of the balls. Doesn't what's on the inside matter to anyone anymore?
Myself, I like 'em with a bit of chipotle seasoning - makes 'em a bit hot and smoky! My DH doesn't really care about size.

Have you tried the Pampered Chef's small scooper? It'd be a LOT faster than rolling all those meatballs by hand!! I use my scooper (the large one) for making muffins and cookies. It's so much faster and cleaner that way.
