SDM Yesterday

So yesterday after dropping the kiddo off at her grandparents' (for the first time ever, OMG, my heart), we stopped at SDM on the way back.

I got:

4x Fantastik Triggers @ $3 each - 2x BOGO = $1.50 each
Jumbo Pak Pullups $10.99 - $2 coupon = $8.99

I would have gotten more fantastik but we have lots and there were only 4 left after I was done.

Then they gave me Optimum points on the amount before taxes, I think. I got 220 points and only spent $17 after taxes. Anyone have an idea?

You got points on the amount before coupons. And they must have rang in your B1G1 Free coupons as 2001 instead of 2002. $22.99 = 220 points

Yeah, she did ring in the B1G1 as 2001. I didn't know it was supposed to be a 2002 (but then I wouldn't get points on the 2002?)

My parents don't live down here all the time. Their home is in the Shuswap (about 4-5 hours driving away) but they have a condo in Chilliwack where they stay when they visit. I have a post on my blog about when they bought it. They do nothing halfway and where normal people would stay in a hotel, they bought a condo (they got it for a song, but still).

It's worked out well, though, because Mom will have to undergo some radiation in the middle of July/beginning of August, and they can now get it done in Abbotsford rather than Kelowna (a 20 minute drive one way rather than a 2 hour drive one way).
