Just as an FYI - this is not about anyone being a good or bad trader, it's simply a tracking list for trades with those who are under a rating of 15 to ensure that some of the problems that happened with other traders does not reoccur.
Of course, it can only be spotted if people use this thread.

waiting on envie from finschscout for a vwl , said it was returned with inproper postage
and sending back out, have sent messages and posted on train wall and no response.
