Quantumatic Starter kit $3.00 at WM

just came back from walmart and they had the starter kits at only $3.00. So if anyone still has coupons its a good deal.

I tried to use my $6.00 off coupon and the cashier almost had a heart attack. She called her supervisor who would not accept the full value of the coupon but would only take off $3.00. I told her that wm always gives overages and she said I was wrong they never give overages. She then called her supervisor who laughed at me and said that it would be crazy to allow overages and that he had been with walmart for 10 years and that he knew the policy was no overages.

I haven't been doing this long but I have always gotten overages without any problems. If I am wrong please let me know. It sucks to be laughed at!

Hm. That's really unprofessional. I'd be on the horn to head office, QLB, not just because they should have given you the overage, but because of their unprofessional behaviour.

I have ALWAYS received overages at WalMart (nowhere else) but never had a problem there. I would complain. That was no way for you to be treated!

And I am so jealous, lol. I have been trying to find these since the coupons came out and haven't seen a single one.

I would also call head office about it, I had my fair share of terrible service there, I called once because it was just totally uncalled for - they called and apologized and made sure the store was up to date with the coupon policy

So are they going to tell the manufacturer DON"T GIVE ME THE FULL VALUE back? I think not. This pisses me right off. Why should WM profit when you are doing all the coupon work?

print the policy out and carry it with you... I have had to many times dig mine out ...

Does anyone have a copy of the policy? I have called customer relations at the head office and waiting for them to get back to me.

Does anyone question why no one is able to find these? Are they not restocking the item? I asked if it was discontinued because the price is so low and they told me that they just have them on sale. But I had a hard time finding them in the stores also. Not all walmarts carry them anymore I guess. If I get a call back from customer services i am going to ask them what is going on.

ridiculous how stores won't give u the overage! They get their money back from the manufacturers when they remit the coupons.
