I moved and I paid for a one year Transfer to new address with Canada Post. Now either these people are too cheap to change their address with CPC, or don't want others to find them, or simply don't care. So, open the letters, take the cash and go to CPC and fill out a change of address or throw it out and stop worrying. If the actual person does not give it a second thought, why should we?
