some people here will trade coupons for new permanent stamps (The PERMANENT™ stamp, identified with the letter P in place of a value, is always accepted at the current domestic postage price. So if you buy a PERMANENT stamp today, you can still use it in at any time in the future—no more 1 cent stamps when the postal rates increase.)
this will help with what candies are

Welcome! I'm pretty new too

Thanks for the info about the "Permanent" stamps...I've never heard of them before actually. Do you have to request them especially, and do they cost more?

It is something they introduce a couple of years ago. The only time I see dollar value stamps now is when I send stuff outside the country or on over size packages.
