If you mean postage stamps, they never expire.

But if the price of stamps has gone up since then, you would have to buy the .01 cent stamps to put with them in order to use them!

If they have the 'P' on them (Permanent) then you wouldnt need to add the 0.01 cent stamp.

For trades, you always send permanent stamps, unless agreed upon by the trader.
