I was in Liquidation World today and asked if they were closing down as most of the shelves were empty and not stocked. I was told that the store is changing to a Big Lots! Yahoo...another one of my favorite American stores coming to Canada.

Ahh thanks for the reminder!!! I completely forgot to post about this
If you check out the back right hand corner (where the toys used to be) they already have some items with the BigLots tag on the however they have just added their LW sticker to the item. Can't wait until they get some more stuff!!! I picked up a couple of tri-candle holders for the little tealights and they have beautiful sayings on them. The best part was the price of only $3 !!! Lamps were $6, Snuggies for dogs $2, etc...

I have only been to Liquidation World a couple times. Do they accept coupons there?

lw world doesn't, but don't know about big lots, I hope so!!

Wow!!!! Hope they are as good as in the US. I used to live in Texas and went there all the time! You are so right donna63, holiday stuff there is great.
