If I feel like it and am not worried about hurting ones feelings then I can be extremely blunt.

Otherwise I do my best to say what I want to say the very 'cleanest' way possible.
However... sometimes you just can't please everyone.

I'm blunt when I have to be, but I like trying to make people guess. Call it cruel, but I do this to my security guard at Sobeys all the time

Hmm... I guess I should add that I am pretty blunt in some subjects. In my first post I was referring to saying what you want to say in the case of someone you don't really know or if it was a touchy subject.

I am to the point (blunt) about and too my friends/family.

I'm mainly blunt with people I know who can take it or who need the wake up call.

With acquaintances, I tend to be as polite as possible while still trying to get the point across.
