I really think those rules are aimed at the coupon clipping services, and places who actually sell the coupons.

^ my thoughts exactly. I can understand most of the rules but how are they going to proved I traded to get a certain number of coupons.. I could have bought 15 papers, or had them given as a RAOK...yeah I think they are getting a tad carried away

agreed. theres no way they can tell whether or not people have been trading them. They're throwing so many rules out there since the show whats the big deal...every store/company gets reimbursed for the amount of the coupons anyways so its not like they're losing money in any way

I'm not too concerned either about relatively small private trades for P&G coupons. The coupon clipping services are being targeted, though. I was interested to read the 'gang cutting' rule. Cutting multiple sheets at once seems to be a no-no. This has been talked about on several couponing sites. Good-bye quick cutting with the paper cutter!

ok so look at trade in this way then... its just a new friend sending you coupons she/he wants you to have and your sending your new friend coupons you don't need. its not really trading its an exchange between friends... in other words... i didn't trade nothing.

I agree, there's no way they can stop people from trading coupons, sometimes i'll even leave coupons that i'm not going to use by the product if it's getting close to the expiry- and how can they manage that?! All in all, coupon trading is a generous, smart thing to do, like look at all the people who dont use coupons (which is a ton) and they pay full price for things!! So it's just a scare tactic and I don't think it's a good idea to look to far into these things because it might start to stir things from being a good thing to a bad

why should they care if we trade, trading doesn't mean we are buying or selling them..

hmmmmm are they going to arrest me if I trade a coupon or cut out more then two @ once..
