my friend cashed out 2 weeks ago and Gift Hulk keeps sending him an e-mail saying that he needs to update his info. He has and now what? I thought cashing out was easy??

when I cashed out for the first time I received an email from them asking me to update my info with my paypal email (I had forgotten to enter it) and the instructions they gave me said to reply to that email once I had done that - have him check his email to see if that's what they want him to do too...

The black section at the bottom of the page where it says "Recent Hulk Coins Awarded", I noticed that some person was getting referral points from me but I don't know that person. So I sent a note saying there is something wrong. There reply "If, when you signed up, you have clicked the referral link to Gifthulk, it has automatically subscribed you as their referral." and the ticket was promptly closed. This happened right after gifthulk was hacked. I even took a screenshot. (I DIDN'T SIGN UP UNDER THAT PERSON!)

Also I didn't get credit for the survey even though I got a code at the end, it said expired when I entered it, I sent a ticket but they said it was only for the first 100 responders and closed my ticket. Why did they give me a code then!

that black section where it says "Recent Hulk Coins Awarded" is just a list of those that just got a coin out of all the gift hulk members

Nothing to do with the hacking , our db was safe, I will explain your issue here so everyone else will know :
When you click on GiftHulk refer link aka http://www.gifthulk.com/?ref=xxx
The xxx number will be stored in your PC in a form of cookie , if you will registered in the next 30 days you will be under the person own the xxx id.
We guess you did enter from ref but signed up later .
