When I clicked on the offer, I got something like this offer has moved, and took me to another page where you see the big tank.

Register with username, email, and password. Then go to your email and copy the verification code.

Paste that verification code on the offer, and that's it! No need to download the game. I left the page open, just in case, and it credited in about 45 minutes.
