Maxi Price Matching Question

I don't receive the ads for many grocery stores in my Publisac (SuperC, Zellers, Loblaws, IGA and probably a few others too), but I do often look at the ads online.
It seems like a waste of time (and gas) for me to go to each of these stores each week just to pick up their ad, and then go to Maxi to price match their deals.
Do I actually have to have the printed ad with me to price match at Maxi, or can I bring with me a page I printed off the internet of the store's ad, ... or can I bring my SmartPhone and just show them the ad online. Has anyone tried price matching without the original ad from the other store?

I am not sure but I do know that they have to keep the flyer so showing it on your smartphone will not work

I PM with flyer at Maxi Verdun and the lady didn't keep the flyer.

I think YMMV. When I did price match at self serve, they kept my flyer. There was a whole bunch of other flyers there too. When I price matched again at regular cash next day, she didn't keep my flyer. Oh, cashier asked me if I wanted to buy a razor, it's pink so I think it's a Venus, and I said no, so no free deal of the week for me, lol.

You need the flyer and they keep it. If they don't keep the flyer, it is because someone else already entered the price match in the system.

I don't know where you live but if I didn't receive my publisac. I call or wrote to publisac and later that day or the next morning I have the publisac at my door.

I get my publisac, but it's very small, with very few circulars.

I rarely get my publisac anymore. It often shows up across the street, but not on my side of the street. It's very irritating. Extremely. Especially when I can look out the window and see nobody wants theirs, but I'm dying for mine.
