I went and got a couple but they never gave me the overage! Didn't feel like arguing, next time I will bring their policy.

I bring a printed copy of the coupon policy because the one store here always gives me a hard time and says that they "can't accept a coupon that exceeds the value of a product." They don't like me but I got what I wanted.

Halifax, NS store would not take the aspirin coupon, manager argued they do not accept printables or coupons for more then selling price. He refused to check their coupon policy.

I have been dealing with their head office and been told 3 times in the last week that this would be resolved and the manager would be contacting me, however, still NOTHING!!! Talk about absolutly horrible customer service!!!

I don't carry coupon policies with me and I really should. I guess I've been lucky so far, but I should be like you and come prepared.
