    So this isnt a brag for shopping but I was still pretty impressed with myself so I thought I would share. I have about 4 or 5 Playtex cups with the straws and are supposed to be 100% leak proof, well they arent and they leak all over the place. I called into Playtex to tell them and she is sending me $25 in coupons for new cups and I will send back the leaky ones. So then I thought I would email Pantene because last week I got a thing in the mail saying my order for my free sample didnt get processed due to technical difficulties, I had placed my order the first day it was available but got the note the last day the offer was on. The person from Pantene apoligized and is sending me a coupon for a free bottle any size, I was very suprised and thought I would only get a sample. Then I called Coca Cola to inform them that I had bought a 12 pack of Diet Coke and there were 6 cans that were damaged and some so bad I could barely open them. The woman is sending me a coupon for a free case of coke. I guess it really pays to inform companies when your not happy.

    I should email coke too...I bought a 6 pk of bottles and I ended up having 2 that leaked all over my floor and a third bottle was flat.

    I had never occured to call or didnt feel comfortable calling but the companies Im sure would like to know when their product is unsatifactory so they can improve it rather then having alot of unhappy customers. Not to mention us smart canuckers really enjoy when we can get something for free.

    I e-mailed pantene just this morning. I also contacted Kellogg's about their soccer shirt promotion that is out of stock. Not impressed with them at all!

    Good to hear you got something from calling the companies.

    wtg! Thanks for posting about the Pantene as well, I too got the card in the mail too late, never thought to call...and I called Pepsi yesterday regarding 4 tabs breaking off out of my 12pack cans...they are replacing my case too! Such good customer service!

    I emailed Kellogss too as posted in my "Kelloggs UN-brag" Ive yet to hear back from them though!
    Usually calling or contacting companies work so hopefully we hear something!

    I had also emailed Hamburger Helper cuz the sauce mix package was open and the sauce was all mixed with the noodles. They are sending me a coupon Im guessing, it said I would get a reimbersment for the box I had bought. They apoligized and explained the assembly line and how everything is made.

    WTG! When we buy something we deserve to get what we pay for. Its nice to know that some companies realize that and reimburse. It just good customer service.
