But does NF allow Coupon Zone redemptions? It is a Loblaws store.

Yes they allow it .

I have even seen coupon zone cpns on tear pads in the various aisles in front of the different products in some NF stores . Never seen them on a big board at the entrance the way RCSS/Loblaws has them but I've seen them in NF store aisles ..so I guess they accept them .

Yes, NF accepts CZ coupons which state they are accpeted at No Frills. Check EVERY SINGLE CZ coupon. Read the fine print on the back. Some stores are excluded (or not mentioned) on some coupons.
