Sunlight laundry Soap - Pin Codes on caps

I entered the pin from the cap and the message said that this pin has already been used!!!!! I had to cut it off so it's not as if someone else had opened it and taken the code and then entered it. Obviously there is either someone entering random codes or a huge flaw in the contest. I am really ticked off! I can't take it back to the store with the contest label off. I am going to call on Monday and I expect to receive another chance to win. Looks like not everyone is a winner

I've purchased 4 sunlight and so far two of the pins were already used. I called to request a new pin but haven't had a call back (they have to investigate). That was 1 week ago. Oh well, buyer beware I guess.

That's weird. Do you think someone spent their time guessing?

I don't know, it could be a transposition of numbers etc., but for me to have 2, I don't think so, and the lady before me had one as well... I think someone is randomly guessing at the numbers. As they told me they have to verify the pins, I'd guess they can check the account who claimed they had the pin # and see if it is the same person? If so, perhaps there is a person trying to defraud the contest.

I think someone is... I haven't gotten my replacement PIN yet so I'm figuring they are doing some investigation (they asked me for my name and address so perhaps they know who might be guessing pins)... I'll have to call Monday again and see whats going on though =(

I had one that didnt work for the same reason, but I kept all my wrappers of winners for back up just in case. It's a real mess in the drawer, but better safe than sorry.

I think the company may be at some fault in using 8s and Ss. They both look the same to me, so perhaps people are making honest mistakes when entering their pins.

Sucks that they ran out of the pins for the SASE's. I was waiting on one that I sent out a couple weeks ago.

I bought a bottle of Sunlight on Friday and it said the pin had already been used. I sent an e-mail (I hate phone conversations) but haven't heard anything back yet. As above posters said there's either a flaw or someone has spent their time guessing.... Hope they get back to me in a day or two.

I had the same problem with a pin. I called them last week and told the issue, called back Friday....and still no answer....
It's been over a week.
I wonder if they think people are calling just for another pin!?!

Oh and by the way, one of my friends won a fridge the first week of the contest; when she emailed them about a question she had; they didn't even had her win in their system - or at least that's what they said. But she had an email confirmation which she forwarded....
I wonder what happened; I am going to call her later....
