I dont know if I put this in the right section, but I was wondering do you know if hospitals take Asprin or Advil Nighttime, the only reason Im asking is because im going on a shopping trip this week coming and I was going to get some extra Asprin and Advil and donate it to my local hospital, but the thing is I dont want to get it if they dont use it, because it would be a waste.

I don't think hospital would take donation pills.You could always call information at the hospital and ask.

I have some as well, but I'm donating it to a local shelter for abused women.
It's a nice gesture on your part, but I would imagine that hospitals would have enough.

Any other ideas on where I could donate it? What other shelters etc?

Give them to a shelter..it will be much more appreciated then the hospital.
and hospital usually don,t take them, they have their own rep from the pharmacy...and trust me...they get them for really really cheap! (i work in a hospital..and one day, someone from the pharmacy left a sheet laying around with all the cost of each medication..u do not want to know the price they pay and how much we pay!! it will make u extremely mad againt the pharmaceutical company!!! LOL)

I would find a cause close to your heart and donate it there. Battered woman, homeless shelters, Old folks home?
