Hi Wanda,

I also won the Western Digital contest, and i didn't receive an email saying it was shipping like they said i was going to, so i called the girl back and then the next day they shipped it and i got the tracking no., so if you haven't received an email from them with a tracking no. you should call Western Digital up and tell them, the girl said she had to send out hundreds of emails, and just probably got missed.

Hope we both get ours soon.

I looked up the price of the item we won, and at Tigerdirect, its worth over 420.00???? not bad ehh!!!!!!!

I am having a hell of a time with them, I have emailed them 3 times and phoned about 5 times and I am getting nowhere,,even phoned the cailfornia number and phoned the toll free number on their website, talked to a superviosr and he gave me a number not accesible from Canada
Can I ask what number you called and who you talked to??

still no word from WD about the hard drive, phoned about 5 times and email about 5 times...to get the same outcome....this is technical supposrt you have to contact the corporate officei n california...so I did...4 days ago and left a message and noone returned my call or emailed me( i Left both my phone number and my email address) I can't keep phoning California as I can't keep phoning long distance all the time.
