Just received second prize in this contest http://www.honouredcanadiens.com/ !!

It is a copy of "Honoured Canadiens" signed by Yvon Cournoyer...not the best prize for a die-hard Leaf fan...but great history and it fuels the long-running Leafs/Habs feud around here!!

...and I think it is funny that it is a contest that I found....hoping that I win one of the Leaf contests on here!!

One other important thing to mention....this contest closed on December 21, 2008 ( http://forum.smartcanucks.ca/54768-h...2008-a-canada/ ) with a draw date of December 23...and I just received the prize today...so don't count yourself out of your favourite contest that closed last year...You could still be a winner!!

Maybe it's a good thing you didn't win 1st prize. I think you would be a little late for the event.:lol:

Congrats!!- I really wanted to win this one for my boyfriend as he's a HUGE habs fan-- but I like my leafs :-)

The grand prize is a VIP evening for either this Saturday the 14th or the following Saturday the 21st. :-)
