because Im on disabilty and though I can get my passport( I already phoned) I can't afford the taxes and food and other fees and I can't find anyone to go with me..I am soooooo bummed out....I never thought in my life I would win a biggie like this..I amnot enter contests anymore.

omg that reeaally sucks!!! How much do the taxes come to? Are you sure you asked everyone you know if they want to go with you? Maybe you can find a family member or friend who would be willing to help out with the taxes if you take them with you? Did you already turn the prize down?

The winner and his/her travel guest are responsible for all other costs and expenses not specifically listed above, including, without limitation, taxes, meals, food, beverages, insurance, valid travel documentation, passports, transfers to and from the airports, car rentals, medical/health expenses, gratuities, excess baggage fees, communication charges, admission fees and all personal expenses and incidentals. Due to the nature of the Grand Prize, no alternative dates are available other than those selected by the Sponsor. The winner and his/her travel guest must travel on the same itinerary, must each have valid travel documents prior to ticketing (such as a passport) and be eligible for entry into Canada and the United States or the Grand Prize will be forfeited. The travel guest must be a Canadian resident. There are no deviations to travel allowed (i.e. length of stay, number of guests, flight stopovers, travel dates, etc). In the event that a winner does not use any portion of a Grand Prize, there will be no extension, transfer, substitution or any kind of compensation provided. No frequent flyer miles will be awarded. Grand Prizes must be accepted as awarded without substitution and are not transferable, not for resale and have no cash surrender value.

I won!! I just got an email from soft moc saying I'm a potential grand prize winner. I think it was the one through ctv for $350. I'm so excited. I love that store. Contest closed December 31st and just notified today. They only give me to Monday to respond. Not like. Says 10 winners so watch your inboxes folks.
