macphail..yesterday I got a 25.00 prepaid mastercard and I was out and trying to make a purchase for 25.00 and it kept saying declined..I went from the phone with mastercard and the cashier where I was making a purchase from for an 1 1/2 hours finally the fourth rep on the phone figured it out....it was in US funds and the card was only worth 19.00 Canadian...beleive me I emailed the company I won it from about it, they did not indicate it was US$, it was very embarressing to say the least.
