I received the same one. I can't remember exactly what the conditions were etc but payment was invovled. Even though I turned it down, I got a package in the mail, and upon further reading...yeah, you pay a couple hundred bucks each year and get "in on" a lifetime of use at resorts or something to that affect.

I thought it was legit because Rod Black (CFL announcer) was the spokesperson, but it's essentially a vacation club...you "win" the first year free, but there are still costs.
