I had the same problem. I phoned one of the contact numbers and they gave me a code over the phone.

Last week, I won a contest (from the Fan 590 radio station in Toronto), the prize for which was to throw out the first pitch for last Friday's baseball game. I also got to meet the "Marias" from "How Do You Solve a Problem Like Maria", as they were singing the anthems, and Larry Miller, who was there to promote the "Just For Laughs" shows last weekend.

There were actually two "first pitches": mine and a comedian/actor, Craig Robinson (from the American version of "The Office"). Unfortunately, due to a mix-up, I was announced for his pitch, and he was announced for mine. Still, a fun time was had, and I'll have the memories until I inevitably succumb to dementia.
