Car with the air had a flat tire when I went to go to work so had to take the beater. No air. AND, I have a client meeting this aft. I was able to make myself somewhat presentable here at the office after about 20 minutes of being in the cool air; but have a sneaking suspicion that I will be looking like something the cat dragged in when I arrive at the client's this aft. Let's hope my stellar personality and consummate charm save the day (good thing I already a know them well.....)

Hump day. Better be a good one. We've been trying to close on our home purchase for a week. Lawyers got the documents wrong, the bank got its documents wrong, and then the bank funded late so we couldn't close on time. It's been a week of "Yes we're closing today" and then at 4:30 "Sorry we're not closing today."
