Who do I contact regarding policies and what flyers are accepted at what locations. Thanks.

I think any flyer as long the store is in your town ( I think), and to check it out policies if you go to forum in this website you can searh for the policies that ypu need

I have never had an issue with them price matching any competitor as long as the item is exactly the same one you want to price match...I've never had them question it.

I use flyers for a store that is 45 + mins away and never had a problem. It says in their policy though "local" competitors. So guess you have to find out who they consider local, lol.
