I have made my way back to SmartCanucks like the prodigal son returning.

Choose the yardage you want. Left click once between the goal posts to start the bar moving up. When the bar is at the top black line click again and when it is at the lower black bar click again. This is a quick explanation of the instructions which are on the right of the page. Try a few practice kicks to get the feel.
