Sale started today and I was lucky to have been there when a new skid of paper rolled past me and it was like a shark feeding frenzy to get my limit of 10 pkgs! I do not enjoy to shop like this but at $0.25/pk I knew not to pass it up.

Staples is 150 sheets for 19cents, Walmart is 200 for 25 cents.... I got some of the wal mart and then went and got some at Staples - what a deal!!! But you are right about WalMart - it was flying out the door and the fellow manning the pallet said that once that one was gone that was it - I can see there being a lot of disgruntled back to school shoppers in the future if that is the case!

I grabbed a couple as well. I am kicking my butt since I paid over a buck each last week and I paid $2.97 for Crayola pencil crayons. They are $1.25 this week I just wanted to shop early when we had the money, and to beat the crowds. I have the majority of back to school shopping done now, except one pair of indoor shoes and Crayola markers. I am holding out for a deal on the markers

I was at WM yesterday morning and put the paper in my cart. There was no sign stating it was 25 cents so I thought I'd scan it before going to the checkout. It scanned at $2.20!! I checked the other items that were supposed to be on sale and nothing was marked. I went to CS and they only had the insert flyer and she said "this is all we received for flyers so if it showed in a different flyer we can't give it to you for a lower price unless we get that flyer". I gritted my teeth and bit my tongue, and just said "thank you very much, guess I'll go buy my supplies at Staples". At Staples the paper is 15 cents for 150pk. Works out to the same price per sheet as WM's. (The asst manager at this WM is arrogant so I hate to deal with him.) Went to staples and got some awesome deals!

I have tons left from previous years, as well as other supplies. Thanks to my stockpile I only had to buy backpacks, shoes, and a binder for my oldest. I even have the 2 boxes of kleenex per kid covered!

Does anyone know what brand the paper is? I prefer Hilroy because other brands like Paperplus just absolutely suck!! :O
