to people in Red Deer? I have the odd one now and then and have no use for - tried to give them away on Freecycle, but no takers, so wondered if we can do that on this forum?

Yup, you can definitely offer them here. We also have a local Facebook group that is pretty active and have the occasional get together to swap coupons.
