Lurker coming out of hiding..

Hi everyone,

I'm coming out of lurkage..My name is Kim...and I'm from Halifax. It's really just hubby and me, but we use lots of coupons and I'm always looking to stretch a dollar..We u-pick a lot of berries and purchase and freeze tons of produce for the winter. In fact, just yesterday we picked 25 lbs of blueberries. Those will be added to our tons of strawberries. The freezer is getting full again

My hubby's job is pretty much seasonal, so the winter months are very difficult for us. I am a full time student, who also works almost full time hours..don't ask..

I've been lurking around...looking at stuff..ordering coupons...I even joined a newbie coupon train and I'm looking forward to it arriving in the mail..

wow you do alot of freezing!!! lol where do you find the time? I am just starting...(first year ever to have a garden!) so I have frozen Broccoli and doing research on green peppers..not sure on the boil or just freeze method...
