    the company will usually send one if you have a valid issue wrong with the product (as a replacement for a faulty product) they don't just randomly give them out... occasionally you can use points (pampers codes or huggies codes) to buy high value coupons or free product coupons

    I`ve seen them on huggies (I`m a pampers girl) never on P&G
    is it once in a while or?
