Rep Stars Messing up

Rep Stars Seem to be messing up, i noticed they no longer change.
5 Pink are supposed to become 1 Gold, and recently this doesn't seem to be happening

Notice the 5 of each, and they have nowhere to go, 5 pink should have made a gold, and the 5 blue should have made a pink. and
a few others like feetfrown and i'm sure more also seem to have this weird error

Boo was alerted to this problem several days ago. I'm sure when he gets a chance he will have a peek.

ya I noticed that about heartgirl too, I rep her everyday for the tripcentral posts and the reps never change.
