Went to Wal-mart the other day to get some stuff. I got:
1 loaf of bread $1.97 reg price (no coupon)
6 boxes of nature valley granola bars, on sale for $1.67 (no coupon)
7 boxes of fruit by the foot, on sale for $1.67 (2x$0.50, 2x$0.75, 3x$1.00 coupons)
box of shreddies $2.97 reg price (FPC)
2 bags of green giant vegetables $3.73, reg price (BOGO & $1.00 coupons)
8 bottles of aspirin $3.67, reg price (8x$6.00)

= $4.82 after taxes with overages from aspirin!
Plus i still had $2.46 left on a GC that someone gave me so all I ended up paying was $2.36!!!
The total at regular price without coupons would have been approximately $86.47!!!
I will be going back next week once I get more betty crocker fruit snack coupons from my mom but I was very impressed with my haul!!! Lots of snacks for my hubbies lunches

Yes he does LOL, he's a kid at heart. He works in the oilfield so he drives to different sites all day and he is by himself all day so there is no one around to make fun of his kiddie snacks lol

went to Walmart as well grabbed 8 boxes of fruit by the foot i wanted to use my latest smart source coupon that would ofF been a $1.00 of until i read it can only be used on the NEW Betty Crocker snacks 14ct so i put them all back. The ones on sale were not the new ones and were only 8ct

great job! perfect time of year to stock up on snacks, many stores are putting the push on with back to school. Glad you had the opportunity to get aspirin. Sadly, I missed out on that coupon!

seriosly??? that sucks! my mom picked up some of the smart source inserts for me since i was out of town when they came out and i'll be getting them from her tomorrow and i was hoping to use those coupons too
and the nature valley granola bars coupons also have i size restriction

My hubby takes all kinds of kiddy snacks to work too. He loves them.
I always have to buy extra when I'm buying for our daughter because if not, they're gone before she realizes we have them. :D
