Vernon Morning Star Question?

I looked at the other morning star thread but it didn't exactly answer what I'm wondering.

If the insert is every sunday, then why do I only get it maybe once a month or ever less? Is someone going through my paper and taking the insert? Or does the BX Area not get the insert?

I am brand new to coupons, so in addition if anyone can point me in the direction or threads that instruct one on getting started. It would be much appreciated. I'd love to hear from Okanagan couponers.!

There is a schedule for the inserts as a sticky in one of the other forums. We get the red plum and smartsource about once a month and the brandsaver p&g comes in the paper quarterly. Check the schedule for them the dates are usually off by a day or too because we don't have a sat paper but it's a good judge of when it comes

Yes, we used to get them over here in Coldstream, but I missed mine because of them not sending them out here anymore... But on the bright side, a nice person on here offered to trade with me !
