An idea to cut down on the spam

I'm aware that we have something in effect for the new users. However, older users can still be at fault for posting bum or even spam/horrid links. (Not saying who, it's something I've noticed.)

Why don't we try something like

when we start a new thread? It's not going to cut down on a lot of spam, but even the little bit might help.

However, I already know the flaw in this plan. To have it work, you need to have rather good vision. And as someone who wears glasses, it's SUPER hard to see them. So.... I already know it's a flawed idea.

It was just a thought sadly.
