7Kids lives in my town and kindly gave me a handful of Gillette $2.00 off Body Wash coupons today - thank-you - thank-you - thank-you!
I stopped into Rexall where they are on sale for $2.99 this week. Unfortunately I had left her gift at home but I still had 2 with me. Bought 2 for 2X $2.99 = $5.98 - 2X $2.00= $4.00 off = .99 each
I checked out their clearance shelf and found 3 Glade Fragrence Collection 3 wick Soy Candle (Pure Cotton) on sale for $4.97 ea.
Now - a dilemna - I had a $4.00 off coup but only 1.
I also had $10.00 back when you spend $15.00 but buying all three would only be $14.91 so I'd have to buy something else. Wasn't intending to spend anything on glade so I.........
Opted to buy 1 for $4.97-$4.00=.97
So I still need to make another trip to spend the other coups that 7Kids gave me and they also have a "Spend $25 on Gillette Products and get 2000 AirMiles". So I've gathered up a combination of B1G1 Free and $2.00 off coups and hope to get the extra AirMiles.
Thanks again, 7Kids! Nice meeting you!

Well I will have to tell you my deal today on gillette body wash....the store actually paid me $8.12 to buy 8 bottles..I had the buy one save $2 coupon and the coupon that said buy any body wash get one free.The body wash was marked down to 1.99.When I gave her the get one free coupon I noticed she wrote the price on it as $4.51 so I said "I don't mean to tell you how to do your job but the body wash is marked down to $1.99 so the coupon value is only 1.99" to which she repied"oh I know Dear,but you are buying one and getting one for free so this is how it is done" so I let it go at that and she ended up paying me $8.12 to buy 8 bottles.I can't say I didn't try to correct the obvious mistake!Also,I saved the tax as today was no tax day which actually added an extra saving of $2.20.Of course,she didn't end up actually paying me the money as it was absorbed in my other purchases.

[QUOTE=avoncallingu;2290426]
they also have a "Spend $25 on Gillette Products and get 2000 AirMiles".
Thanks for posting, I didn't know of this deal. is that right...2000 air miles as a bonus...that seems like a lot of airmiles. is it really 2000 or like 20?
just wondering, awesome if it's the higher total. good deal either way.
does it work like sdm, get the bonus on the total spent before coupons? thanks to anyone who can answer these questions

LOL! 2000 - 20 - those zeros always trip me up! For 2000 airmiles, I could fly somewhere like Florida - oh well - as it was - I got there and FORGOT my airmiles card - but the cashier wrote on the receipt that I could get them if I returned with it. Now - I can't answer about the before or after coups question - That occurred to me too as I was loading up all the body washes they had left. They had already taken down the signs as a new flyer comes into effect tomorrow. So I'll have to wait to see about the airmiles. Thanks for your help, everyone!
