Drugstore: Maybelline Volume Express. Maybelline Collossal and L'oreal voluminous!
Highend: Dior Show, Benefit's Bad Girl lash
I have long, pretty curly Asian lashes and these give me tonnes of volume, lots of length and the formula doesn't flake off during the day. I look like I'm wearing fake lashes!
Anyone try Maybelline "Falsies" mascara?

Haha nice janetta. I guess I have short eyelashes because of my chinese heritage. Although my bro has long eyelashes
haha I have to wear fake eyelashes to look anything like anyone else! ^^ OR load up on 3+ coats...Good thing I don't usually wear or care about masara except for special occasions!

lol I'm Chinese too. I don't know where I get my lashes from
It's weird! I wear lots of mascara though..that's probably why I get a false lash kind of look. Two coats sweeping up, one coat sweeping down then up again!
Sometimes I think using false lashes would be easier..but it gets expensive.
PS. I found that coating the root of my lashes with a smidge of extra virgin olive oil made them grow longer/faster. (Dip 1/4 of a Q-tip into oil) Maybe it's just me going nuts...but I ended up stopping because they were growing so much they were criss-crossing!! lol Gross?

I love maybelline falsies - tons of volume! And recenty I have been using maybelline volume express one by one which I also really like.
I find maybelline the only mascara that doesn't flake off during the day.

Haha...You must be like my brother then; his lashes are long
Interseting, sweeping up and down. I should try that.I use at least that many coats too haha.
It still doesn't look like false lashes though, haha! And false lashes online are super cheap.
Although they are unrealistic.
WOW, really??!! Criss crossing? haha, that's what falsies are like
That's actually kind of cool although I don't desire long lashes on a normal basis. I heard a lot of people spend money on lash growth thingies!! Olive oil is..cheap and healthy haha.
A true smart canuck
thanks for all the tips

For drugstore, CG Lashblast. For high end, CD Iconic.

What kind of lashblast?
I've always heard the orange is the best but I love art and I guess everyone is obsessed with colour. I liked purple better so that's my first choice
Yes, I chose mascara due to the tube...That's no good
I also heard that waterproof is the same as bulletproof though so I that's off my list even though my asian eyelashes need waterproof to hold a curl.
And haha great bargain! I got a 99. cent Twilight branded mascara that was made by duwop and so crazy good that was so budgeproof it was bulletproof as well.Unfortunately I never wore mascara before or I was just irritated by applying so many coats and my eyes stung from just applying it!

I love Prestiges "My Biggest Lashes". I also like Rimmel extra super lash when I want a natural look.

I just picked up one of the falsies to try as it was $3.99 @ SDM with the $1 off coupon this week... wish I had found your $1.37 deal! I grabbed the "flared" kind & my only complaint is that the formula is really, really wet. I have to wipe quite a bit off the brush to avoid clumps. I had high expectations for a dramatic lash & wasn't overly impressed personally.
however, I found l'oreal's "telescopic clean definition" on clearance a few weeks ago & was pleasantly surprised. I didn't think I'd like it because of the small, hard bristled brush but it offers a ton of control when applying & the hard bristles separate my lashes incredibly well. not a lot of volume, but a lot of length.

Thanks for letting me know! I'm not a fan of super runny formulas. Looks like I'll pass on the "Falsies", unless I see it on for $1! lol
I've tried L'oreal's telescopic explosion mascara (the one with a wand that looks like a little spiked ball) and it was great! I especially loved it for doing make up on clients, because of how much control I had. It was build-able and pretty much clump free which was a fab.I'd love to try the "clean definition" mascara!

I like Mary Kay's ultimate mascara in black. It's not waterproof, so it comes off easily, but it doesn't smudge like other nonwaterproof mascaras.
