i think everywhere makes you have the card. if you dont have it, they charge you upfront for the fee then you have to get it back from OHIP, and I have no idea what the process entails.

depends on your doctor, my doc doesn't always check if you have it in fact when my daughters expired he still seen her and gave her her shots without charging me
