    I would probably avoid this, considering it's Factory Direct. The Kinect has been at $99 on multiple occasions New, and it wouldn't be surprising to see it again at this price.

    I really don't like the idea of spending this much money on a refurbished product at Factory Direct, considering how terrible their return and RMA policies are.
