As far as LD goes, if they say "cannot be used with any other coupon offer" they cannot be stacked. if they say "one per customer" you can only buy one gaviscon with a set of stackable coupons per store visit. a while back there was enough gaviscon coupons to do a $9 stack at LD making the $8.99 bottle free so i would guess these are also stackable

I found a bunch of these at the IDA at Pape and Cosburn here in Toronto, there should still be a bunch seeing as how they don't really deal with lots of coupons there. Check it out!

Here they are. There was a similar booklet that came out earlier that had different codes. There are at least five different TUMS coupons out there that are still valid that I know of.
