LD 51 Ave always good but...

Today I had a different older tall lady with white/blond/grey hair who really threw me off my coupon stacks .... plus she forgot my $10 Aveeno gift cards too! she does not seem to be able to add .... I am planning to go in during the week to get things sorted out but it made things difficult as I had help carrying things and during the week I don't have help.

I love this store don't get me wrong! but this lady made my day difficult ... she was focused on me only buying 4 products at price match even though I bought 3 and 3 were free and then it got worse from there.

This is the only time I have ever had difficulty at this store.

I believe she is the manager and yes she can be a little difficult sometime. I did the Aveeno today too and she didn't know how to enter the gift card. I Totally forgot about the free lip balm with the Aveeno products. She is not usually at the customer service. It just our luck. I will go back and get the lip balms. You should go back and bring your receipt with you. If you spend $30 on the Aveeno products you should get the $10 gift card as far as I know.

I got the Aveeno at LD at WEM yesterday and Sandra showed me right on their store coupon that you cannot combine stacking of coupons and still get the $10 Gift Card. Sandra said she does couponing and she seems very knowledgeable about what is accepted and what is not. She also gave me a raincheque for the lip balms because they are out of stock.

I was in there the other day too and she was really gruff. She said to the cashier "we will only price match 4 and if the lady doesn't like that she can pay our price" I was standing right there and didn't totally appreciate her talking over me instead of talking to me oh well I got 4 of the items I wanted

I asked Susan about the Aveeno beforehand and she told me before coupons? I got my GC and a rain cheque for the lip balms.

LOL I went to the 51st ave one two days ago. I had a really nice girl with red hair, very pleasant. She remember to give me the rain check for the lip balm, but I didnt get my gift cards. I still have my receipt so Im going to try to go back tomorrow and get my gift cards and see if they will allow it.

the gruffness and comments about the 4 items were exactly part of the problem .... I got totally thrown off as I have never been treated that way at that store

There is a sign up at cs now stating a max. of 4 items allowed for us couponers.
I think it's good. Cleared shelves really suck.
