    - Have a 'comfy clothes' day, sweatpants & t-shirt kind of day.
    - Paint my nails
    - Cook my favorite meal
    - Sleep in

    I will be investigating the colourage of my hair..

    I buy the bottle.....FFS..it's my hair colour.

    Thanks, CanadianBella, for a great thread on the challenges topics!

    Just what I need!

    So today, I plan to:
    - get some things done that have been stressing me, so I can relax and enjoy my accomplishments later DONE & FEELING RELIEVED
    - enjoy more SPAresource freebies at the end of the day DID THAT, AND LOVING IT...PAMPERING WILL GO ON MY DAILY DO LIST
    - let little annoyances fall away from my mind SOME PROGRESS
    - keep my focus on inner peace YES, SANG BEAUTIFUL, SPIRITUAL SONGS
    - let God's love shelter & comfort me in the hard realities of my own life YES, KEPT MY FOCUS

    ps: I also watched the town fireworks through my window tonight, which was really special after a really busy and satisfying day.

    Today for a happy me I will:
    -mail off things that will move my life forward*DONE
    -finish all courses for this semester
    -submit reg., scholarship applications, board application to school
    -Use one hour to have a "do nothing" time before final exam crunch time
    -swim, hottub, and go in the sauna

    All but the last two will be a huge emotional load off me.

    Today I will:

    - relax for at least 15 minutes in meditative thoughts, focusing on texture and feeling of the things around me instead of thinking of what to do
    - remember that small changes make big differences, so not to worry so much about past months cash flow

    Had quite a battle with frustration this weekend--due to finding a little house on the market at an extremely cheap price, and not having the means to consider a purchase. Stayed awake researching mortgage info, home-buyers info, home-owners costs till the wee hours, and was feeling overwhelmed with discouragement.

    Woke up to realize that I am exactly in the place I need to be right now, and that buying a home, even that one, would have been too stressful and risky. Had to re-adjust my thinking again, re-evaluate and re-affirm my goals, and find my inner balance once more.

    (Sometimes trouble comes disguised as opportunity; information and sound thinking will unmask it.)

    Feeling much better now. Dream put on back burner, unless/until I can build a foundation with reality.

    My main goal for September is to stay on track with my food plan and stop eating so much junk especially at night! I lost 100 pounds over the course of a year and a half but I have put almost 10 pounds back on since Christmas. I am sick of feeling guilty over food. I want to get back on track and feel better about myself

    My goals:
    stick to food plan
    stay active despite school
    paint my nails this week, and not pick all of the polish off the next day LOL
    buy a nice fall outfit
    I am looking for quick trades for my pre-surgery stock up!

    Got a lot of things done, and feel so much better.
    Home is more comfortable, clean and I can find things again.
    And I have more time and inclination to really enjoy it again.

    Things I do to make me happy:
    - eat a delicious/nutritious snack
    - read a good book
    - have a refreshing rest

    Oooh, can I join this one? I would love to do some things that focus on ME.

    Here are my goals for today...
    -try not to stress about things for at least one hour. I am a constant worry-er and I have some things coming up that are really stressing me out. I know I can't let them go completely so I'm going to put worrying about them off for at least an hour.
    -bake something yummy- baking relaxes me and makes me feel good
    -take a long hot bubble bath after the kids go to bed tonight.
    Soft kitty, warm kitty, little ball of fur... happy kitty, sleepy kitty, purr purr purr
