I have the flyer for Feb. 22 - 28
Appears to be one outstanding deal:
Purex Toilet Paper
You might remember a couple of weeks ago they had it B3G60AMs.
I can't recall the price then but this coming week it's:
B3G75AMs at $5.99 each (12/24 rolls)
Effectively that's $5.99 - $3.50 = $2.49 each
At the same time the flyer has a B2G50 at $9.99 on Royale TP (12/24).
Effectively that's $6.49 each.
Disregarding quality Royale's length would have to be 2.6 times longer (6.49/2.49) just to equal the Purex offer.
Scotties 6 pack @ $6.99 each and Sponge Towels 6 or 8 roll @ $6.99 each are also part of the Purex offer.
Name brand offers this week include:
Kraft B5G70AMs
Campbell's B3G15/B6G40
Pledge/Lysol/SOS B3G15/B6G40
Nivea various

Heads up on the Campbell's B6G40AMs
Gardennay Soups are 2 for $5
Broth is 2 for $4
I've got $0.50 coupons on both so I'll do well on this offer.
Broth is more exensive at both Zeller's and Thrifty's
Gardennay soup was/is cheaper at Thrifty's @ $2.29 each vs. $2.50 at Safeway but when you factor in the AMs you're about $0.70 ahead per box at Safeway
PLUS!
Seems Campbell's has gone to a new coupon format. No coupon on the shelf but instead automatically applied at the cash register. The Safeway I was just in had a very very small sign saying this in the soup section and announcing a B3G1
Buy 3 Gardennay Get 1 Easy Cooking Sauce ($2.29 at Thrifty's). LOOK FOR IT!
So smart AirMile Shoppers here's what you could do at Safeway this week.
Buy 6 Gardennay = $15 minus $3 in coupons = $12
You'd get $5.60 in AMs plus 2 EC Sauce valued at $4.58 = $10.18 value elsewhere.
Effectively you pick up 8 items for $12 - $10.18 = $1.82 or about $0.23 each!

Was just in to Safeway getting some of the Campbell's.
I held back the "free" cooking sauce and pointed out the offer displayed on the shelf. She ran it through and was not credited. Luckily, the person in the line behind me, an employee, knew of the offer and they gave me $2.50 cash refund. They then alerted management to get it corrected at the cash register.
Morale: Check your receipt!
Other Item:
Found a second on shelf advertised but in cash register credited coupon.
B1G4
Buy 1 Red Rose 144 bag Tea and get 4 Croissants at the bakery.
Actually a pretty good deal I think.
Safeway's House brand 144 tea is $6.99
The Red Rose is marked down from $8.99 to $4.99 almost 29% cheaper than house brand.

I use the buy 2 get 1 free chunky soup printable coupons... the funny thing is that twice the cashier gives me the full discount... (2.99 when on sale for $2.50) I pointed it out that its was only 2.50 but she didn't seem to hear...

Tuesday is 10% off on $35 minimum purchase Customer Appreciation day.
Kraft dairy items are B5G40
Smucker's/JIF/Robin Hood are also B5G40
Edwards coffee (1KG) $5.99 front cover so might be an emaildirect special. Sunday will tell. Still Folgers and Maxwell House at $4.99 elsewhere needs about 7AMs on the Edwards to compete.
Other front cover possible emaildirect offers:
Delissio Pizza $5.99 ($2 and $3 coupons help if you've got any).
Lean Cuisine 3 for $8 ($2.67 each) but they were 4 for $10 ($2.50 each) a couple of weeks ago.

QUICK ALERT ON SAFEWAY's PUREX TOILET PAPER B3G75 @ $5.99 each
Today's newspaper insert Shop & Save coupon book has $1 off coupons.
Today is the last day for the offer above.
If you could get 3 coupons then it's:
$4.99 x 3 = $14.97 - $10.50 in AirMiles = $4.47 or $1.49 each effectively.
I don't believe Walmart's special this week even with the coupon comes close.

March 8-14 flyer out here:
1. Lots of Maple Leaf/Johnsonville/Janes/Freybe offers. Those of you with $0.50 and $1 coupons should do well on these so-so deals.
Examples: Johnsonville Sausages $3.99 B3G25
ML Top Dogs $2.99 B2G15 (Weren't they $2.50 last time?)
ML Bacon $4.99 B2G15
2. Con Agra Foods B5G30
Examples:
Hunt's Thick & Rich Pasta Sauce 3 for $5
Hunt's Tomato Sauce 2 for $3
Chef Boyardee 4 for $5 (These/similar ones I never trust. 5 would be $6.25 and you pick up $4.20 in AMs bringing the down to $0.41/tin but when I've bought these types of offers in the past I've never received the AMs)
3. Frozen Food Festival B5G50
This one looks best to me. Examples:
Rising Crust Pizza $5.99 (look for $3 and $2 coupons)
Michelinas 4 for $7 (5 would be $8.75 and you pick up $7 worth of AMs)
McCain Superfries 3 for $8
Eggos 3 for $6 (Someone has a thread about free Eggos at Safeway next week. Don't know if it'll fit with this offer).
Dove & Baby products are also up this coming week.
