Since OperaBob's taking a short break, let me test something new. This is an experiment, not sure it'll work, but here's the list of Safeway Airmiles deals for this week (Feb 3-9) in a spreadsheet on google docs. I basically just copy-pasted from Safeway's text version of their flyer, then added a few formulas to calculate the Item Price the way OperaBob shows it (eg: Benylin 8.99/6.79/6.24 -- regular price 8.99 drops to 6.79 with their B2G40 airmiles deal, and drops further to 6.24 with their B4G100. There's also an indicator of how much "bang for your buck" you get -- ie: lower dollars spent to get more airmiles. "GREAT!" is the best, "OK" is, well OK, and if it's blank it means it's relatively expensive to get each airmile. (But it could still be a good deal if the Unit Price with airmiles discount makes the product less expensive than competitor stores). Shop around.
Hope this helps!
