Used System Help - EBGames

Hey everyone,
I was wondering if anyone had any experience buying a used game system - specifically the PSP. Lets say I wanted the PSP 2000s, would they have the original box telling what type of motherboard? Or would it just be a console, charger in a bag? I'm kind of nervous buying a used console, but I want to make sure I grab the right system. Would they think its weird if I opened up the battery slot to check?

If you're planning what I think... you also have to make sure the firmware is original. And likely, if it's used, that's not going to be the case.

yeah, thats kind of what i was worried about, thats kind of why i need to check behind the battery...

My friend bought a used system before and it came in a generic box. The box had no details or anything, except for the name of the product. Also, they wouldn't let me friend refund it because it was a used system. But they would let him exchange it for a another one if it didn't work.

I'm pretty sure you're just going to get a charger, an ugly box, and a charger.

And I'm pretty sure they will think that is weird to check the battery system, since I'm pretty sure people don't normally do that.

Lol, are you planning to mod it? There's a great forum out there for modding, but I forgot the name of the site =/.
