Bit of an odd question (knitting)

Does anyone know if there is anywhere that you can take a knitting pattern to, to get something made?

There are these xmas stockings I want to get made for my family but I am NOT a knitter, and not having much luck finding them already made on Google.

did you try posting on kijiji? I've seen ads there for people offering their knitting services

what about as ehcan said post an ad on line.. try to maybe suggest a swap..they knit you trade for coupons. or you shop for them with your coupons something they need.

You are going to have to advertise for a knitter. Ask to see samples of their work.

I knit and quite honestly, if it's a traditional sock type stocking you will pay for it to be made. If there are patterns and names involve, turning a heel, etc. it will be expensive.

I used to knit all the sweaters with animals, sports figures, etc for my boys and while they are beautiful to look at they are time consuming to create.

I'm willing to pay, that's certainly not an issue.
I think I found a lady who will do it.
