Anyone heard of stacking at Sobeys?

Is there any sobeys stores in Edmonton that allow stacking?

No not at this time.

As far as I know the only stacking stores are:
London Drugs
Save on foods

"Kind of stackers":
Safeway - sometimes you can combine a safeway coupon e.g one sent out by safeway direct via email with a manufacturers coupon
Real Canadian Superstore - if you use the self check out sometimes the attendant will let you combine a coupon zone coupon and a manufacturers coupon (but I don't think it's actual policy that you should be able to)

I stack at 3 different sobeys stores in Edmonton on a Regular basis and have been for a while. I'd check your local store and talk to the manager if you have questions.

I read that and literally I said "whaaaaaaaaaat?!?!!?!?!"....that would be REAL cool if they do. I dont know that for sure. Im too tired to drive over there to ask, only to have them stare at me like I am an idiot....I could call I suppose....but I hate trying to explain it over the phone.

I'd like to know which locations as well.. Just called Sobeys Hawkstone and got "Uhhhh... NO." lol

I emailed Sobey's a few weeks back to confirm that I could use my WUB2 Ziploc with Save $3 Bread WUB2 Ziploc together since some Cashier's consider this stacking. They never answered my question and only responded to tell me they are currently updating their coupon policy and will email me with it shortly. Maybe stacking is coming, that would be awesome.

I've also heard lately that Sobeys is starting to go out of their way to try and compete with places like Wal-Mart Supercentre - trying to offer more competitive sales, discount group-buy gift card deals, etc. Maybe they will see stacking as something that can make them stand out from the competition? I guess we'll have to wait and see.

I shop at Sobey's fairly regularly already. If they started stacking, I'd commit! lol
